Today, for the first time in 2 years, I decided full reset of my Samsung Galaxy S2 (GT I9100) phone, which runs on the Android 4.1.2 operating system and decided to write a short note about how I did it.
Without even knowing how this all happens. First, I turned to the Yandex search engine for help and spent about 20 minutes on different sites in search of any information that would help me make a full reset (hard reset) and the result was not long in coming.
In general, omitting the small details, in order to make a full reset for the android, as it turned out, with the phone turned off, it is enough for 10 seconds to hold the volume up button, the central button under the display and the phone on / off button. In this state, a little informative menu will appear before you Android system recovery , and in the background you will see a disassembled robot with a huge exclamation mark. if everything is so, then you got to the right place.
By the way, recently I also shot a video on how to reset the android settings. maybe it will be more convenient for someone to navigate the actions, repeating everything after me. Well, for those who are confident in their abilities, it is enough to read this note to the end.
